Can I change the motor oil myself?
No. Your vehicle's motor oil has to be changed at a commercial facility able to provide verifiable receipts. Handwritten receipts are not accepted.
What should I do in the event of a claim?
Call 855-734-2546 for assistance. You will be asked to take your vehicle to an ASE Certified shop or technician for preliminary inspection. Do not authorize disassembly of any component before repair facility or technician has called Imperial.
How often do I need to have my oil changed?
Every 4 months or 4,000 miles, whichever occurs first. (Verifiable receipts must be produced in the event of a claim.)

Can I transfer my warranty?
Yes. Transfers are decided on a case by case basis, after reviewing maintenance records and other pertinent information.
Can I be reimbursed for completed repairs?
Yes, but only if prior authorization has been given by the Imperial claim's department.
When will I receive my Imperial Product and what do I do with it?
You will receive your Imperial Product within 60 days of receipt of your contract. If you purchased your warranty over 60 days ago and have not gotten your Imperial Product, please contact your selling dealer to verify they have forwarded your warranty to us.
